b. Payment for our services and the Sri Lankan Government Fee must be made in full at the time of application.
c. All fees are non-refundable, even in the event of an ETA application rejection.

Issuance of a Sri Lanka ETA or approval of visa application does not in any way give the applicant a right to enter Sri Lanka. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at the Sri Lanka Airport who is a representative of the Government of Sri Lanka . In case of denial of visa or entry into Sri Lanka territory, esta.com.lk shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
The issuance is subject to the rules of Government of Sri Lanka and they reserve the rights to make any changes in that. esta.com.lk shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving of ETA Sri Lanka Visa.
esta.com.lk is keen to take all reasonable measures to ensure that information provided by the Applicants will remain confidential. However esta.com.lk shall not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information. The applicant is requested to check the correctness of your visa the moment it is sent and in case of any discrepancy bring it to our notice immediately.
10. Processing Time
Processing time for visas quoted by esta.com.lk are approximate and based on processing times provided by Embassies or Consulates under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting from the date of submission of the documents to the Embassy or the Consulate. The Consulate or the Embassy may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. esta.com.lk will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges, or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
