Eligibility To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if younger.
Provide accurate and complete information during the visa application process.
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding visa applications.
All travellers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended period of stay in the destination country to avoid any travel disruptions or entry denials.
Terms of Fee, Payment, and Payment Method Policy
Payment to www.esta.com.lk: Users agree to make payments exclusively to the bank accounts registered under the name of ETAS International Tourism LLC. We do not authorize payments to personal or third-party accounts.
www.esta.com.lk, its agents, representatives, or employees will never request a customer to transfer funds to a private or unofficial account. Should a user transfer funds to an unaffiliated account, www.esta.com.lk disclaims liability for such transactions. Users acknowledge that they cannot recover from www.esta.com.lk any amounts transferred erroneously to third parties.
Refund Policy: Refunds on cancelled bookings, where applicable, will be processed to the original account or payment method (Bank Transfer/credit/debit card, etc.) used for the transaction, in accordance with our cancellation policy detailed on the booking page or otherwise communicated in writing.
Payment Modes: www.esta.com.lk offers a variety of secure payment options, including but not limited to Credit/Debit Cards from major banks, and Net Banking from all leading banks. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (Emirati Dirham).
Tax and Additional Charges: you are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, charges, fees, duties, and assessments for services booked through www.esta.com.lk.
Secure Payment Transactions: Payments should be made through secured payment gateways provided on www.esta.com.lk. Payments made through channels not officially recognized by www.esta.com.lk, fall under your responsibility.

Our service fee is charged for the facilitation of your visa application and is included in any embassy or consulate visa fees.

Embassy or consulate fees are non-refundable once paid.
Our service fees are refundable only under the conditions outlined in our Services Cancellation Policy.

The currency for transactions on our website is the Emirati Dirham (AED).
The completion of payment transactions will be confirmed by the bank, Service Provider, or Third Party involved.
Payments made in currencies other than AED are subject to currency conversion charges by the payment gateway or bank.
www.esta.com.lk reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not completed within the specified timeframe.
You are responsible for any increase in prices due to real-time embassy/consulate price changes or due to tax rate changes or new taxes imposed by the Government of the UAE, by local laws.
By making a booking, you confirm authorization to make payments on your behalf or on behalf of others included in the booking. www.esta.com.lk is not responsible for disputes over payment authorization.
Terms and Conditions
Accuracy of Documents and Information: You are responsible for providing all necessary documents and information accurately. Inaccuracies may lead to application delays or rejections. www.esta.com.lk will not be held liable for these delays or rejections.
Visa Processing Times: You need to understand that the processing times we provide are estimates, based on the average processing timelines of the respective embassy or consulate. While we strive for efficiency, www.esta.com.lk cannot guarantee these estimated times.
Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete application submissions, closures of embassies/consulates, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
Mandatory Initial Documentation: you are required to submit a complete set of documents at the outset of the application process. This set includes but is not limited to, valid personal identification, detailed travel itinerary, confirmed accommodation bookings, financial proofs, and any additional documents deemed necessary for the specific application.
Additional Documentation Requests: During the application process, if the immigration authorities demand further supportive documents, we will formally request these from you. The timely submission of these additional documents is critical to avoid delays in the application processing.
Travel and Lodging Documentation: On the request, you must provide detailed evidence of roundtrip flight bookings and hotel reservations. Additionally, emergency contact information must be supplied to www.esta.com.lk for recordkeeping and contingency purposes.
Timeliness of Document Provision: To facilitate efficient service delivery, you are expected to provide all necessary documents within a 24 hour window from the request. This promptness is essential for the swift processing of applications.
Availability of Expedited Services: www.esta.com.lk offers expedited processing services for visa applications, which are subject to additional charges. These services are designed to accommodate those who require faster processing times and are dependent on the specific requirements and regulations of the destination country.
Pre-Processing Acknowledgment: Before submitting your visa application to the immigration department, we may request your explicit approval to proceed via email, especially in cases where there's a higher risk of application rejection based on our assessment and experience with applications from your country.
Acknowledgement Terms & Risk of Rejection: By consenting to proceed, you acknowledge the possibility that your visa application may not be approved by the immigration authorities.
Liability and Refunds: You accept that www.esta.com.lk will not be liable for the rejection of your visa application. Furthermore, in the event of rejection, you understand that you will not be entitled to a refund for any service fees paid to us for the processing of your visa application.
Sponsorship and Security Deposits: We, as your sponsor for travel to the UAE Oman and Saudi, ETAS International Tourism LLC reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit before your travel. Whether a deposit is required will be communicated directly to you, the user.
Transaction Records: Cardholders are obliged to retain copies of transaction records and our policies and rules as displayed on the Site.
User Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and personal information. It is advisable to ensure secure access to your account and to regularly update your password.
OFAC and Sanctioned Countries: We do not trade with or provide services to individuals and companies owned or operated in OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Approval or Rejection: After your visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate, whether it is approved or rejected, no refunds will be available for the www.esta.com.lk service fee or the embassy fees.
Incomplete or Incorrect Applications: If a cancellation request is made due to an application being incomplete or filled out incorrectly, no refunds will be available for the www.esta.com.lk service fee.
Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Events: In scenarios where service cancellations are necessitated by unforeseeable and uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, accidents, government impositions, or other force majeure circumstances, we retain the discretion to issue partial refunds. The determination of the refund amount will be judiciously made, considering the specific circumstances and impacts of the event.
Non-refundable Processed Applications: Once an application has been processed, based on the customer's explicit consent, we regret that no refunds can be accommodated, as resources and costs have been committed.
Approved Visa Applications: Refunds are not feasible for approved visa applications. However, we offer assistance in cancelling the approved documents if such an action is permissible by the concerned authority, noting that this service incurs a charge.
Withdrawal of Unprocessed Applications: You should decide to withdraw your application after acceptance but before processing by the immigration department, a fixed deduction of 40% will be applied. This fee accounts for incurred pre-processing charges, taxes, marketing expenses, and ancillary costs.
Extended Processing Times: Delays in application processing due to extensive reviews, security clearances, blacklist verifications, or any other scrutiny will not qualify for a refund.
Non-utilization of Issued Visa: In instances where a visa has been issued but remains unused due to personal contingencies or unforeseen events, ETAS International Tourism LLC is unable to provide a refund.
Embassy Fees: Please note that any fees paid directly to the embassy or consulate for visa processing are typically non-refundable.
Processing Time Consideration: Delays in processing by the embassy or consulate do not affect the refundability of the service fees or embassy fees.
Application Rejection: We are unable to offer refunds for applications that are rejected during the processing phase.
Visa Refusal Coverage: It only protects the visa rejection if the visa is not rejected due to security reasons, blacklisting, profession or financial codes
www.esta.com.lk shall not be liable to refund any amount lost due to any travel restriction imposed by concerning government or visa issuing authorities.
Additional Documents: There could be a possibility of a visa getting delayed due to additional documents required by immigration after the application is processed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fee Agreement: When you submit your visa application, you are agreeing to the fee structure as presented by Insta Tourism LLC. Any claims of our fees being higher than other market service providers will not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or refund post submission.
Fake Calls, Phishing, Spamming, and Fraudulent Activities
